Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in China.
How long will it take to get my package?
Arrange delivery within 48 hours after placing an order, standard logistics transportation time is15 to 30 days, and expedited logistics transportation time is 8 to 15 days. Free shipping forpurchases over $100, $6 per order for purchases below $100, and $9.99 per order for expeditedlogistics.
Delivery time and transportation time are for referencing only.
All the above days are business days.
If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be lengthened.
Shipping costs will be automatically billed at check out based on your shipping address.
The processing time of materials will be extended during the promotion period.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
You can enter your email and order number on the Order Tracking page to access your orderdetails. Once there, you will see the tracking number. Click on Tracking to check the shippingstatus.
In what currency will l pay?
We process all orders in USD.
Willlreceive a confirmationnumber whenlplace my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
How can l pay?
We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard,Discover, Amex and also PayPal.
Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.
lf l enter my email address will you sell myinformation?
We do not sell our customers information. Emails arestrictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons
for discounts.
I accidentally entered the wrong email and/or phone number, can I update this?
Yes, please contact our team and we can update your details in our system. Please note, this willonly apply to a specific order, not your account. lf your order has already been dispatched, theemail and/orphone number linked to your delivery cannot be updated.
I have a Coupon, how do l use it?
Coupons/Codes will need to be applied while goingthrough the checkout process.
When checking out, you will see the items in your carton the right hand side of the screen along with a box to apply your Discountcode. lf you're using a mobile device, this will be visible under the 'Payment.tab. Once your code has been applied, the total amount will updateautomatically and you will be able to finalise your payment.
Please note, Discount Codes cannot be applied whenselecting 'Express Checkout' through PayPal.
Please ensure your code is applied correctly prior tomaking payment as we're not able to apply it against a paid order.
Please note:
-Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with anysale or bundle items and any other offers, unless otherwise specified in thepromotion
Only one discount code can be used per order
- Each discount code can be used only once, unlessotherwise specified
- Discount codes are valid for a limited time only.Details specified in promotion
date and cannot be extended
Subscriber Coupons will expire 60 days from issue
Subscriber Coupons are limited to one discount codeper customer and are single use only, non-transferable and must be used in asingle checkout process

I placed an order but don't want to buy it anymore,what should ldo?
lf you change your mind midway, please don't just reject the package. To cancel your order,please get in touch with us to explain the situation, and we will handle the return for youfollowing ourreturn/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising fromthe rejection.
I haven't received the package after placing an order,what should ldo?
If your package has not been delivered or yourtracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you havenot received it, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service(tommiyiko@outlook.com) within 30 days of the order date. For other orders.products, and logistics-related issues, please get in touch with our customerservice within 60 days of the order date.
I received the package and found that the product wasdamaged/missing,what should l do?
If there is any damage to the package and/or productsinside, or if there is any item(s) missing, please contact us tommiyiko@outlook.com within the day with pictures and/or videos.
